What Is Your Returns Policy?

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in original saleable condition.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In the same condition as received

• With all original tags attached

• In original packaging

Please check our FAQs for a full list of non-refundable items.

We do not offer exchanges.
If you require a different size or item, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

If returning items from multiple orders, please ensure they are sent separately to avoid processing delays.

A fixed return fee of £2.95 per order applies when creating your return via our Returns Portal.

Received a Faulty Item?

We’re sorry to hear you’ve received a faulty item.
