We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

Yes, a fixed return fee of £2.95 per order applies when creating a return via our Returns Portal.

Returns are usually processed within 7 days of receiving your item.
During busy periods, this may take up to 14 days.
Please allow an additional 5 working days for funds to appear in your account.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
