How does Klarna work?

At checkout, select Klarna as your payment method.
You will be informed instantly if your application is approved and will receive confirmation from Klarna via email.

There are no additional fees if you follow your agreed payment schedule. Late fees may apply if payments are missed.

How does Pay in 30 Days work?

Your payment will be automatically collected 30 days after your order is confirmed, using the debit or credit card provided at checkout.

You will receive email reminders from Klarna before payment is taken.

How does Pay in 3 Instalments work?

Your total purchase amount is split into three equal interest-free payments:

  • First payment at checkout

  • Second payment 30 days later

  • Final payment 60 days later

Klarna will automatically collect payments from your selected card.

When will my items be delivered if I use Klarna?

Orders placed using Klarna follow our standard UK delivery timeframes.

How do I return an item purchased with Klarna?

Returns follow our standard GymWolf UK Returns Policy.

Once your return is processed:

  • Your Klarna balance will be updated

  • Remaining instalments will be adjusted

  • Any amounts already paid will be refunded to your original payment method

What if I miss a Klarna payment?

If Klarna is unable to collect your payment on the due date, they will attempt again shortly after.

If payment still cannot be collected, Klarna will issue a statement for the outstanding balance.

Klarna will notify you before attempting to collect payment.
